L7 Entities

The L7 Entities app is used to manage and track entities, including their metadata, process (experimental) data, parent/child relationships, and associated files. In L7|ESP, an entity is a resource that is submitted to or a component of a business process. This includes patients, samples, instruments, equipment, etc.

Teams use the L7 Entities app to view all their registered samples, instruments, patients, and assets. When a sample fails QC, they can see which experiments that sample has been used in and trace where the sample came from. When appropriate, they＊re able to go back to the parent entity and resubmit it to an experiment to remedy the QC issue.
