Enable PDF Generation (local environments)
Overview
In L7 Notebooks, users will want the ability to generate PDF reports of their Notebook Entries and e-signatures. When accessing L7|ESP in a local environment, a developer, or advanced super user, will need to verify the Configuration app has been set up to enable PDF generation.
Enabling PDF Generation
To enable PDF generation in a local environment:
Navigate to the Configuration app
Select the system configuration file
In the executor block, update the api_server key with a value for the application server (i.e., “ http://localhost:8002/”, where “8002” is the application port number)
Save the configuration file
