How Does a Developer Use L7 Scheduling?

Developers can use the data collected and tracked in L7 Scheduling to create custom Dashboard Reports to extrapolate data and summarize analytics. By using intelligence table definitions (ITDs), and integrations to other systems (i.e., PowerBI), you can generate interactive reports specific to your organization's interests.

Custom Dashboard Reports

Dashboard Reports are custom reports created in the L7 Dashboard app using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

These reports can leverage ITDs and integrate with other systems to provide high level operation metrics.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to L7 Dashboard -> Reports

  2. Click + New Report

  3. Click the Edit tab

  4. Enter the HTML, CSS, and Javascript for the report

    Tip

    Changes are immediately visible upon switching to View tab, but are only saved by clicking the blue Save icon in the top-right corner of the window

  5. Click Save
