The Identity and Access Management (IAM) app is used to manage user access and permissions through roles and workgroups.

Many organizations have a diverse portfolio of business operations requiring them to restrict user access. They use roles to restrict which apps users have access to and what can be done in each app. Then they apply workgroups to restrict which content is displayed in the app.

User access is managed by assignment to Roles and Workgroups
