Navigating L7 Scheduling App

The L7 Scheduling app is organized with five navigational tabs: Calendar, Tasks, Availability, Monitor, and Resources

Calendar

When you first navigate to L7 Scheduling, it will take you to the Calendar page. This is where you can create, view, and edit scheduled tasks and assign resources to the tasks. Personnel will use this page to see which tasks they have been assigned.

Tasks

The Tasks page is where you can plan and review resource capacity. Here you will find an overview of all tasks and their current statuses. This page is commonly used by managers to get an overview of what is happening across business operations.

Availability

The Availability page is where you can create and manage the work schedules for your resources, including personnel, workgroups, locations, equipment, and any other schedulable resource type. This page is commonly used by schedulers and administrators to build out the availability for all resource types.

Monitor

The Monitor page is where you can review task progress in real-time, and compare expected to actual operational time. This page is commonly used by managers to monitor delayed and overdue tasks.

Resources

The Resources page is where you can review resource utilization across task. This page is commonly used by manager to consider longterm resource adjustments.
