Archiving and Restoring Entries

Overview

Whether you have a completed Entry you no longer need, or wish to discard a draft page, you can archive Entries at any time. Archiving an Entry will remove it from the list of Entries displayed from the user interface, but L7|ESP will keep a record of it in the database. Unlike archiving Notebook libraries, you can restore previously archived Entries.

Archiving Entries

  1. Select the Entry(s) to archive

  2. Click Archive Entry

  3. Confirm Yes, archive entries

Note

Archived Entries will be denoted with a archive icon to the left of their name and their Entry Status will be Archived. However, if the Entry was completed before being archived, then it will retain its Completed status.
