L7 Biorepository
What is it?
The L7 Biorepository app allows users to create entities before physically receiving them, then process the entities when they arrive. Entities can be created manually or from a file ingest. Both methods support the creation of parent-child relationships. Processing is recorded in the LIMS app.
How do life sciences team use it?
When a lab receives a sample manifest file detailing the samples being sent to them for processing, they use the L7 Biorepository app to register them using an ingest template. Upon receipt, sample barcodes are scanned, then either sent to L7 LIMS for immediate processing or stored for later use.
