Create and Manage EM Persons
Registering personnel
Before schedules and appointments can be made, the personnel responsible for performing EM tasks and those who may undergo personnel sampling must first be registered in the EM App. Once created, these personnel will render as options in the Person field when scheduling EM tasks.
The EM App provides pre-configured Person Sampling Types that any registered EM Person can be scheduled to complete, including,
Gowning Qualification - samples the person’s hands, sleeves, leg, chest and cheek
Routine Monitoring - samples the person’s hands, sleeves and chest
How to create a new EM Person
Navigate to EM App -> Person -> + New Person -> complete the required fields in the modal, including:
Name
Employee ID
Initials
Description (optional)
Tags (optional)
