Configuring HUB Default Filters
When viewing L7|HUB content, by default you will see a list of all the available content and can use the Filters panel to narrow your search.
You can customize the default filters by updating the hub configuration file in L7 Configuration. The benefits of setting customize default filters include,
Find commonly used content quicker
Faster content loading time
Personalized contents per role (i.e., default filter can be set by its review state for Reviewer Role)
Updating the hub configuration file
Default filters can be applied to Hub and Collections tabs in L7|HUB.
Go to L7 Configuration
Select the hub configuration file
Add the default filters to the filters code block by updating the hub and/or collections sections
filterType - the high level filtering category in L7|HUB, acceptable filterTypes include: category, status, tags, and reviewPlan
contentName - the name of the default values to apply
Click Save
